It has been brought to my attention that this pdf is not opening properly. I have checked it and it isn’t opening in Adobe. However, it will open with most other pdf readers. I am working on a solution but for the time being please open this file by right clicking and selecting “open with” then choose a different pdf reader. I would recommend either the default microsoft pdf reader or sumatra pdf reader. Thanks, and I will update here in the comments when I have fixed the file so that it will work with Adobe.
